You will be responsible for building and maintaining cost-effective, secure, and scalable AWS environments while leading initiatives that drive data quality, governance, and performance. Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement the strategic data architecture vision.. Design, build, and maintain scalable data lakes and data warehouses across AWS environments.. Develop, optimize, and analyze complex ETL pipelines for efficient data processing.. Lead the deployment and management of cost-effective, secure multi-region AWS solutions.. Partner with stakeholders to align data models with business and regulatory standards (e.g., FHIR).. Oversee the full data lifecycle—from definition and design to testing and production support.. Drive process improvements, business application enhancements, and data governance initiatives.. Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship in analytics, data management, and architecture.. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.. 8+ years of software development experience, including leading data-focused projects.. Expertise in big data systems, ETL development, and enterprise data warehouse architecture.. Strong proficiency in AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, RDS, and CloudWatch.. Proven experience with PostgreSQL and cloud architecture (AWS preferred).. Solid understanding of AWS cost models and best practices for cost optimization.. Experience working with healthcare data and PHI/PII security standards.. Familiarity with FHIR standards and certifications (a plus)..
