We’re looking for a sharp, mission-aligned . RCM Lead. to strengthen the foundation of our billing and insurance operations. . As RCM Lead, you’ll help deliver the strategy, operation, and ongoing improvement of Berry Street’s revenue cycle operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with our clinical, product, operations, and billing teams to manage and improve processes that accelerate revenue collection. . Key Responsibilities. . Provide hands-on guidance and support for our billing team on healthcare billing initiatives. . Manage high-profile RCM projects and develop new capabilities that enable our business to expand. . Collaborate cross-functionally to diagnose operational gaps and implement scalable solutions that improve reimbursement accuracy and speed.. . Define and manage key RCM performance indicators, reporting regularly on outcomes and identifying areas for improvement.. . Maintain a deep understanding of payer policies and regulatory changes to inform strategy and ensure compliance.. . Design, implement, and improve internal best practices to enable consistent execution at scale.. . Manage a growing team of RCM specialists, both onshore and overseas, ensuring clear expectations, high performance, and strong collaboration.. . . 6+ years of experience Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and/or direct Medical Billing experience.. . A strong command of RCM metrics and workflows, and know how to use data to drive operational performance.. .
