The Contracts & Procurement Specialist shall:. . Provide essential support to the Acquisition Services team. . Administer subcontracts for Minor Construction Projects (MCP). . Assemble MCP and IDIQ RFPs, perform CPAs, develop PUR packages, and support the administration of existing subcontracts. . Support existing projects, new requirements, and compliance with critical procurement award schedules. . Use procurement systems and tools to track contract performance and spending. . Associate's degree and 10 years of contracting and/or procurement oversight and coordination experience . OR.
