The position involves managing a team of PLM specialists and analysts, supporting acquisitions and special projects, and driving innovation in systems and processes. You will serve as a subject matter expert, develop training materials, and foster collaboration across global teams. The role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional influence, and a focus on delivering high-impact results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Remote candidates are considered, with up to 50% travel expected.. . Accountabilities. Lead high-complexity projects involving recipe management, including co-manufactured and international initiatives.. Manage the R&D PLM Specialist Team and Global Markets PLM Analysts.. Support ERP and PLM transformation initiatives, including gap analysis, system modernization, and integration with S4Hana.. Oversee troubleshooting and continuous improvement of PLM workflows, processes, and systems.. Develop, maintain, and deliver PLM training materials and facilitate ongoing education for R&D teams.. Serve as the PLM subject matter expert for acquisitions, special projects, and system interdependencies.. Foster innovation by introducing process and technological improvements to enhance efficiency.. . Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) field.. 5+ years of experience with PLM systems as a user, workflow approver, and/or administrator.. Knowledge of Speed to Market or equivalent stage gate processes and B2B/B2C product lines.. 2+ years of line management experience.. Experience leading multiple high-complexity projects in cross-functional environments.. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.. Expertise in recipe management systems and integration with PLM, ERP, and project portfolio management processes..
