Design, implement, test, and document high-quality software solutions using .NET and React within agile, product-driven teams.. . Actively contribute technical input during inceptions, planning meetings, and product roadmap discussions.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to align technical strategies.. . Take ownership of application health in production environments, ensuring KPIs and product goals are met.. . Lead and mentor peers through practices like pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous integration/deployment.. . Participate in and foster a culture of open feedback via retrospectives and team standups.. . Provide technical expertise in one or more business domains and help drive knowledge sharing across teams.. .
