Media Buyer. to pair with one of our high-growth international clients. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role where you'll lead paid acquisition efforts across Meta and other emerging platforms. You’ll be part of a marketing pod that values creativity, data, and experimentation, and you’ll play a key role in scaling a performance marketing engine from the ground up.. Accountability. As a Media Buyer, your success will be defined by your ability to launch and optimize paid campaigns that meet clear acquisition, conversion, and ROAS goals. You'll bring a full-funnel understanding of paid social and thrive in an environment where agility, iteration, and performance matter most. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:. Paid Campaign Execution & Optimization. . Plan, launch, manage, and scale performance campaigns primarily across Meta.. . Support expansion to other platforms like TikTok and Google Ads over time.. . Build weekly testing roadmaps and manage creative iterations to maximize ROAS.. . Upload and structure ad campaigns for testing, performance tracking, and budget management.. . . Creative Strategy & Collaboration. . Work closely with content creators and marketing leads to translate organic wins into paid formats.. . Brief static and video creators on high-performing ad formats and iterate based on data.. . Use attribution tools (Triple Whale or similar) to inform decisions and optimize ad sets.. . Performance Analysis & Reporting. . Monitor daily performance across key metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV) and adjust spend accordingly.. . Produce weekly campaign reports and strategic insights for leadership review.. . Identify patterns, trends, and new opportunities for scaling campaigns efficiently.. . Growth & Innovation. . Proactively test new platforms, ad formats, and targeting strategies.. . Stay up-to-date with platform changes, DTC trends, and competitor strategies.. . Contribute to broader media and growth strategies beyond just execution.. . Colleagues. You’ll work directly with the founder and a lean, high-output marketing team focused on content, creators, and conversion. At least 4 years managing paid campaigns, especially for DTC or eCommerce brands. . . Platform Expertise:. Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager; bonus if you’ve touched TikTok or Google Ads. . . Budget Management: . Proven ability to manage $20K–$30K/month+ ad budgets efficiently. . . Attribution & Tools: . Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, or similar performance dashboards. . . Creative Testing. : Experience briefing and testing ad creatives across formats (static, video, UGC). . . Analytical Mindset:. Data-driven, fast to iterate, and obsessed with what works. . .
