Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients in the Energy (Oil & Gas) industry.. . Resolve customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.. . Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.. . Ensure timely follow-up and feedback on unresolved issues to enhance customer satisfaction.. . Assist in the development of customer service processes and protocols to improve efficiency and effectiveness.. . . Fluent in German (both spoken and written), with excellent communication skills in English.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy or related sectors.. . Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.. . Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.. . Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.. . A positive attitude, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.. .
