One of the core components of the Second Nature programme is the Health Coach, who supports and guides our members in making sustainable lifestyle and behaviour changes. Coaching is delivered digitally, both via written and verbal communication. This approach enables regular interaction, and allows coaches to support hundreds of members throughout their journey.. Our Health Coaches provide guidance across five key areas:. . Nutrition . . Exercise . . Sleep . . Stress . . Mindset . . . As part of our holistic approach, Health Coaches deliver the Second Nature programme to individuals living with obesity alongside co-existing conditions such as type 2 diabetes and/or hypertension.. We're now excited to be expanding our team and are looking to recruit . two permanent Health Coaches. (dietitians) to support both . NHS-referred and consumer members. across our . Tier 2 and Medication Support Programmes. . As the service evolves, there may also be opportunities to contribute to the development and delivery of . future Tier 3 services. .. In addition to direct coaching, Health Coaches play a key role in supporting wider business initiatives - including delivering webinars, engaging with members via calls, and contributing to service improvement projects.. This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while supporting our members. You’ll need to be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating primarily through digital channels.. We’re looking for someone passionate about health and wellbeing, excited by the potential for technology to transform lives, and who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You should be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done.. You’ll also need to have:. . A current HCPC registration (dietitian). . Strong critical thinking skills and up-to-date knowledge of the evolving field of nutritional science . . Confident tech skills and the ability to work independently on a laptop all day . . Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities . . Comfort working remotely as part of a dynamic team of 45+ Health Coaches across the UK . . A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to cross functional iniitatives that support brand visibility and growth . . Experience using evidence-based behaviour change techniques (e.g. CBT, NLP) to support lasting lifestyle changes . . Previous experience supporting people living with type 2 diabetes, obesity, or those using GLP-1 medications . . . Nice to have:. . Experience working in or with the NHS . .
