Lead the pursuit, capture, and closing of satellite mission sales and integration opportunities across international government, D&I, and commercial sectors.. . Build and manage a pipeline of near-term and long-term strategic opportunities throughout EMEA.. . Leverage a strong professional network to identify new business, partnerships, and subcontracting arrangements.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Capture teams to develop proposals, shape positioning, and advocate for client needs.. . Drive customer insights into the sales roadmap, product development, and market strategy.. . Represent the company at international events, fostering visibility and strategic relationships.. . Maintain opportunity records, lead qualification, and accurate forecasting through the CRM (Hubspot).. . Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing on trends, market intelligence, and competitive positioning.. . . 10+ years of business development or sales experience in the Space/Aerospace industry.. . Strong background in geospatial intelligence and satellite systems (LEO/MEO/GEO), particularly in remote sensing.. . Demonstrated success managing consultative sales cycles and capturing high-value satellite opportunities.. . Broad international network within governments, defense agencies, and commercial sectors.. . Proven ability to develop and execute capture strategies and write effective proposals.. . Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strategic and self-driven mindset.. . Comfort working both independently and within a globally distributed team.. . Legally authorized to work in Europe and/or the Middle East.. . Preferred:. . Experience using Hubspot or other CRMs.. . Proposal and capture coordination experience.. .
