As a PTP Headhunting Intern, you will take an execution-focused role in sourcing and screening candidates. This is a performance-driven, commission-based position where you will directly contribute to identifying and qualifying top talent for open roles.. What You’ll Do:. Actively source high-quality candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.). Conduct initial screening and qualification of candidates based on role requirements. Endorse qualified candidates to the recruitment team. Manage and maintain candidate pipelines and trackers. Collaborate with recruiters to refine Ideal Candidate Profiles (ICPs). Send outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates. Ensure quality and alignment with non-negotiables before endorsement. What We’re Looking For:. Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate quality.
