You’ll work alongside our Data Engineer and partner closely with our CFO, COO, and Head of Performance Marketing to build out the core dashboards, reporting capabilities, and analytical foundations that will guide commercial and operational decisions across the business.. Own the end-to-end BI function – design, build, iterate, and evangelise dashboards and self-serve reporting (Metabase, Looker) that the wider business relies on daily.. . . Conduct in-depth analysis on customer behavior, marketing performance, supply dynamics, and pricing to uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency.. . . Proactively spot trends, anomalies, and growth levers; frame them in commercial terms (revenue, margin, CAC/LTV) and recommend next steps.. . . Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand data needs and translate them into scalable, self-serve solutions.. . . Run regular insight sessions – present dashboard walk-throughs and regular business reviews to leadership, translating numbers into clear actions.. . . Champion data-driven decision-making and nurture a data culture—running ad-hoc training or office hours as required.. . . At least 3-5 years’ experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles—ideally in high-growth B2C or marketplace businesses.. . . Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.. . . Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using Metabase, Looker, or similar BI tools.. . . Comfortable working with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar) and collaborating with data engineers.. . . Strong understanding of e-commerce or marketplace KPIs, customer cohorts, funnel analysis, marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CAC, LTV), and operational metrics.. . . Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams—distilling complex data into actionable insight and clear visualisations.. . .
