(consult bookings, follow-ups, reactivation) . Schedule appointments and manage calendars . Perform patient intake, registration, and follow-ups . Provide clear explanations of services (cosmetic vs medical) . Deliver a . high-touch, concierge patient experience. . Systems & Tools. . ModMed EMR (preferred). . Phone systems (RingCentral or similar) . Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) . AI tools for video/content creation . Qualifications. Experience in . Dermatology / Med Spa / Aesthetics (required). . Strong . English communication skills (minimal to no accent). . Experience in . patient coordination, scheduling, or medical VA. . Familiarity with . insurance verification / authorizations (for relevant roles). . Experience with . social media or content creation (for marketing roles). .
