You’ll lead end-to-end design across core product surfaces, from student-facing chat experiences to administrator dashboards and internal care workflows. You thrive in ambiguous situations and love translating complex problems into clear, thoughtful product experiences.. In this role, you will:. 🎨 Lead 0→1 product design for major initiatives, from discovery through launch and iteration. 🧪 Rapidly prototype and test concepts to validate direction before engineering investment. 📊 Design intuitive experiences across complex clinical, operational, and AI-assisted systems. 🔍 Run discovery research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform product direction. 🤝 Partner with Engineering to ship high-quality, scalable design systems. ⚙️ Own and evolve our design system to support scale, accessibility, and speed. 📈 Partner closely with PM and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities and influence product strategy. 🏆 Raise the bar for craft, systems thinking, and user empathy across the company. To excel in this role, you need:. ✅ 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong UX, UI, and interaction design. ✅ Proven experience designing complex, multi-sided platforms. ✅ Strong systems thinker, comfortable designing workflows, dashboards, and AI-assisted tools. ✅ Strong UX research instincts and ability to run lightweight research independently. ✅ Deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design best practices. ✅ Ability to navigate high ambiguity and limited structure, excitement to build the design function from the ground up. ✅ Clear communicator: can present and articulate design decisions effectively.
