Our client is looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven professional to own and execute a multi-channel social media strategy. This role goes beyond simply posting content it requires someone who can grow audiences, drive engagement, and translate social activity into measurable business outcomes across both established and emerging platforms.. Responsibilities. Content Planning & Publishing. . Develop and execute social media content calendars across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Threads, YouTube, TikTok, StockTwits, Pinterest, Reddit, and Bluesky.. . Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or HubSpot Social.. . Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure graphics, videos, and copy align with brand guidelines.. . Community Management & Engagement. . Actively engage with followers by commenting, tagging, and responding to questions and messages across platforms.. . Monitor conversations and trends in online communities (Reddit, Twitter/X threads, TikTok comments, YouTube discussions) to identify opportunities for brand interaction.. . Build authentic relationships with audience segments by tailoring engagement styles to each platform’s culture.. . Analytics & Reporting. . Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.. . Use analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social to evaluate performance.. . Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.. . Strategy & Optimization. . Continuously research platform algorithm updates, audience preferences, and competitor activity.. . Strong copywriting and editing skills tailored to different social platforms.. . Basic design or editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) to support quick-turn content.. . What Does a Typical Day Look Like?. A typical day as a Social Media Manager involves planning and publishing posts across multiple platforms while keeping a close eye on engagement. You may start the day reviewing analytics dashboards in LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, or TikTok Analytics to track performance against KPIs like reach, engagement, and follower growth. Then, you’ll draft or schedule posts for platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and X using tools like Buffer or Hootsuite, ensuring each post is adapted to the platform’s nuances. Throughout the day, you’ll monitor notifications, respond to comments, tag relevant accounts, and engage directly with the community to build stronger connections. You’ll also stay on top of trending topics, memes, or cultural moments and decide if the brand should participate. By the end of the day, you’ll prepare quick insights on what worked best, adjust content for the next cycle, and collaborate with design/content teams to keep the pipeline fresh and aligned with brand goals..
