Drive outreach campaigns and follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and demos. . Support demand-generation efforts, events, and campaigns to create new business opportunities. . Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for prospecting and qualified leads. . Partner with teammates to strategize and improve outreach tactics. . . Bachelor’s degree required. . 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation (inbound/outbound). . Demonstrated experience with cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting. . Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. . Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills. . Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, etc.). . Team-oriented mindset and willingness to receive coaching and feedback. .
