You will take full ownership of user acquisition and paid media campaigns, directly managing strategy and execution across multiple performance channels. From building high-velocity creative testing loops to optimizing funnels and scaling new acquisition sources, you'll be instrumental in driving the next stage of growth. You'll work hands-on from day one, with the opportunity to build and lead a growth team once traction is proven.. Accountabilities:. . Manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google, along with direct-buy and programmatic networks. . Develop and execute user acquisition strategies focused on optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV. . Oversee creative testing, landing page optimization, and campaign performance analysis. . Lead the creative briefing process in collaboration with product and content teams. . Build internal reporting systems to guide data-driven decision-making. . Explore new traffic sources and build strategic partnerships to secure premium placements. . Systematize and automate campaign processes for scalable growth. . Hire and manage a team of performance marketers as growth milestones are reached. . . 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with hands-on campaign management. . Proven success in scaling paid campaigns with measurable business outcomes. . Deep knowledge of performance marketing tools, tracking setups, and analytics platforms. . Experience in direct-response marketing (e.g., DTC, gaming, high-ticket funnels). . Strong skills in creative strategy and performance-focused ad testing. . Proficiency in using platforms such as Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards. . Comfortable in fast-paced environments with rapid iteration cycles and minimal oversight. .
