Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries regarding education and e-learning products via phone, email, and chat in Spanish.. . Assist students with enrollment, course navigation, and technical issues related to the e-learning platform.. . Provide accurate information about services, products, and solutions offered by the company.. . Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department when necessary.. . Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes and customer service best practices.. . . Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.. . Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.. .
