We are seeking a UX Designer with strong Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise to join our team and play a key role in improving user experiences and driving measurable growth.. In this role, you’ll balance user-centered design with a data-driven mindset, identifying bottlenecks in the user journey, designing experiments, and iterating quickly to boost engagement, retention, and conversions. You will work closely with product managers, marketers, developers, and data analysts to create and refine digital experiences that delight users and achieve business goals.. Key Responsibilities:. . Analyze user behavior through analytics tools, heatmaps, session recordings, and user research to identify friction points and opportunities for optimization.. . Design and prototype UX/UI improvements that address key CRO goals (e.g., reducing drop-off, improving conversion rates, increasing AOV or retention).. . Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to validate hypotheses and measure impact.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to align on goals and implement solutions.. . Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across touchpoints.. . Continuously monitor performance metrics and recommend ongoing improvements based on insights.. . Stay updated on UX best practices, CRO trends, and industry benchmarks.. . Qualifications:. . Experience: 3–5+ years as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing CRO-focused projects.. . Proficiency in UX/UI tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).. . Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.. . Strong knowledge of CRO tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).. . . Familiarity with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).. . Mindset: Data-driven, experiment-focused, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.. . Communication: Ability to clearly present design rationale, testing results, and data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Nice to Have:. . Experience with e-commerce or SaaS products.. . Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) for smoother handoff and collaboration with developers.. .
