Build and maintain . dashboards, reports, and visualizations. to communicate findings and support real-time operational decisions. Leverage . AI agents and AI-assisted tools. to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype operational solutions. Drive general . program management. activities, including dependency tracking, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong focus on technical rigor and accountability. 8+ years of experience in . product operations, program management, consulting, strategy, or technical operations. Strong proficiency in . SQL. , including complex queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, transformations). Hands-on experience using . AI-assisted tools or agents. to accelerate analysis or automate workflows. Expert-level proficiency in . Google Workspace. , especially Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, documentation, automation). Proven ability to manage . multiple concurrent workstreams. independently. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of using data to anticipate and resolve execution challenges. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
