Post job adverts on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms. . Assist with booking in candidates from LinkedIn enquiries. . Help confirm bookings from both yours and Kiara’s LinkedIn profiles. . Schedule and confirm candidate interviews, ensuring clear communication. . Collect and organise candidate testimonials for internal use. . Update and check entries in . Work Composer. for accuracy and completeness. . Save documents and information promptly to ensure everything is captured instantly. . Track team birthdays and assist with internal celebrations or messages. . Support new starter onboarding by preparing welcome materials and checklists. . Prepare and send out talent contracts using provided templates. . Assist with reference checks by contacting referees and updating records. . Qualifications and Experience:. 1–2 years’ experience in an admin, office support, or assistant role (recruitment or HR experience is a bonus). . Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. . Comfortable working with online tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Google Drive, etc.). . Confident communicator with a professional tone. .
