Provide customer support in Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) via phone, email, and chat. . Assist clients with queries related to automotive insurance policies, claims, and coverage. . Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client-related issues. . Guide clients through the claims process and help them understand their policy details. . Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and processes. . Participate in training sessions to keep current with insurance regulations and policies. . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Icelandic or Danish) and English, both written and verbal. Experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance or automotive sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction. Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance software and customer support systems is an advantage.
