Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries related to online orders, product details, and marketplace policies through phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Assist customers with account issues, payment inquiries, and order tracking.. . Resolve customer complaints and escalations with a focus on providing excellent service.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with logistics and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and customer satisfaction.. .
