Accountabilities. Design, develop, and deploy chatbots using platforms such as Dialogflow, Rasa, and Azure Bot Service.. Implement LLM-based conversational agents, leveraging technologies like GPT and Claude.. Train Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to improve intent recognition and entity extraction.. Integrate chatbots with CRM systems, APIs, and backend databases to deliver seamless user experiences..
