Support appointment booking and light sales (guide patients, collect card on file if needed). Assist with basic social media tasks (posting, captions, simple Canva graphic. At least 1 year of experience with scheduling and patient coordination or any similar role. Strong understanding of insurance verification (HMO, PPO, copays, deductibles). Familiarity with EHR systems (Prompt or similar). Proactive with follow-ups and able to work independently. Organized and able to manage a provider’s calendar efficiently.
