Lead regulatory compliance efforts related to USDA, FDA, manufacturing, labeling, product distribution, and technology platforms.. . Oversee consumer technology compliance, including FTC advertising, CCPA/CPRA, ADA, and other consumer protection laws.. . Conduct internal audits and investigations; develop policies and training programs to ensure best practices.. . Manage responses to regulatory inquiries, inspections, recalls, and enforcement actions.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as R&D, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Food Safety to mitigate regulatory risks.. . Draft, negotiate, and review vendor and platform agreements with compliance considerations.. . . Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction.. . 5 to 10 years of in-house or law firm experience focusing on regulatory compliance.. . Strong knowledge and practical experience with food safety law, USDA and FDA regulations.. . Familiarity with consumer-tech compliance frameworks including data privacy and marketing laws.. . Exceptional drafting, communication, and project leadership skills.. . Proven experience managing agency audits, recalls, enforcement actions, and internal investigations.. .
