Manage customer inquiries regarding energy services, billing, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.. . Provide clear and accurate information about energy plans, pricing, and service options.. . Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their energy services.. . Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.. . Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records.. . Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service processes and outcomes.. . Stay updated on energy market trends and company offerings to provide informed advice to customers.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is also advantageous.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the energy sector.. .
