As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted guide during the onboarding process, helping customers successfully navigate their learning journey and unlock the full value of their software. You'll manage multiple accounts simultaneously, collaborate across teams, and contribute directly to the customer’s long-term success and satisfaction in a fully remote, mission-driven environment.. . Accountabilities:. . Guide customers through the “Getting Started Journey,” acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding support.. . Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure customers understand the training content and software features.. . Ensure smooth transitions between onboarding and other internal teams, such as Support or Customer Success.. . Help customers identify the immediate value of their purchased platform(s) and optimize their early experience.. . Track onboarding progress, manage deliverables, and proactively address any roadblocks to customer success.. . Work cross-functionally to keep stakeholders informed and aligned on timelines and goals.. . . 1+ years of experience in SaaS CRM onboarding, training, or customer support (internships or contract work count).. . Comfortable being the main liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring project accountability.. . Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.. . Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. . Proficiency with Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data imports.. . Nice to Have. :. . Understanding of data migration processes.. . Experience supporting nonprofit organizations or nonprofit CRM platforms.. . Familiarity with Bloomerang products or similar SaaS solutions.. . 1+ years of project management experience related to customer onboarding.. . Company Location: United States.
