Perform initial assessments and gather relevant psychosocial information . Create and manage treatment plans based on client needs . Record progress notes and maintain complete clinical files . Provide ongoing support for mental health, emotional stress, and behavioral concerns . Evaluate outcomes and modify treatment plans when needed . Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program . Active LCSW license in good standing . At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred .
