This role will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and improving the overall hiring experience. Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.. . Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.. . Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring teams.. . Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.. . Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.. . Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions across platforms.. . Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.. . . General HR Support. . Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documentation and coordinating sessions.. . Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, including attendance and leave data.. . Assist in planning employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and events.. . Provide administrative support for performance reviews and HR documentation.. . Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general matters.. . Help ensure compliance with labor regulations through proper documentation and tracking.. . Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.. . . Qualifications & Experience. . 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, with hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.. . Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and HRIS platforms.. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a candidate-first mindset.. . Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines.. . Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.. . Discreet and professional in handling confidential information.. .
