As a Pre-Sales Solution Consultant, you will serve as the technical expert and strategic advisor during the sales process. Your role is to collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that help prospects and clients achieve their local engagement goals. You'll lead product demonstrations, shape integration strategies, and support the technical validation of the platform’s capabilities. With a deep understanding of SaaS, digital marketing, and customer pain points, you’ll help businesses deliver impactful, location-based digital experiences.. Accountabilities:. . Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to support enterprise deals. . Deliver customized product demonstrations and technical presentations. . Analyze customer needs and propose tailored SaaS-based solutions. . Manage technical aspects of RFPs, RFIs, and stakeholder communications. . Develop proof-of-concepts, address API-related challenges, and build solution workarounds. . Guide customers through strategic decisions on digital marketing and engagement. . Act as a trusted advisor to clients’ technical and marketing leaders. . Represent the company at events, conferences, and webinars as needed. . . 5+ years in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Consulting within SaaS or digital marketing. . Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in business, marketing, or technical field preferred. . Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL) and SaaS integration. . Proven experience in SEO, SEM, Local Search, and Digital Marketing platforms. . Ability to communicate and present effectively to C-Level stakeholders. . Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset. . Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. . Comfortable working remotely and across time zones. .
