We are currently looking for a VP, Chief Communications Officer in United Kingdom.. As VP, Chief Communications Officer, you will lead the development and execution of a global communications strategy designed to strengthen reputation, drive business growth, and engage stakeholders at every level. Reporting to the CMO, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, shaping compelling narratives that align with business objectives and valuation goals. This role combines leadership of internal and external communications, executive messaging, crisis management, brand strategy, and media relations. You will oversee a high-performing global team while fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability across the organization.. Accountabilities:. . Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated communications strategy to support business growth, brand reputation, and executive alignment.. . Lead a global communications team covering public relations, crisis communications, reputation management, analyst relations, and internal communications.. . Oversee executive communications, providing counsel and ensuring clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.. . Manage the brand and creative strategy, including video and multimedia content, to deliver high-quality, unified campaigns.. . Oversee all internal communications to ensure strong employee engagement and clear message alignment.. . Advise executive leadership on communications best practices, crisis management, and emerging trends.. . Partner across functions to align communications with key initiatives such as ESG and M&A.. . Define and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies and campaigns.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).. . 15+ years of experience in communications, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.. . Demonstrated success in developing and executing global communications strategies.. . Proven expertise in crisis communications, media relations, and executive messaging.. . Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire collaboration and creativity.. . Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with outstanding attention to detail.. . High emotional intelligence, executive presence, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.. . Experience as a company spokesperson with established media and analyst relationships.. .
