We are seeking a proactive Sales Lead to spearhead outreach efforts, guide the sales team, and close initial deals. You will be responsible for both direct sales and team leadership, ensuring sales targets are met within tight deadlines.. Key Responsibilities. . Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting niche and grey area businesses in the US.. . Identify, scout, and connect with potential clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).. . Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives.. . Set sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are achieved.. . Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market feedback.. . Work closely with management to refine sales messaging and approach based on market response.. . . Proven sales experience in the US market, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-risk merchant services.. . Experience leading a small sales team.. .
