In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor managing a portfolio of 20 to 40 client accounts, focusing on maintaining, growing, and reactivating business relationships. You will work closely with key partners to expand the company’s footprint within their customer ecosystems by developing joint planning processes, setting financial targets, and driving mutual performance objectives. Leveraging data-driven insights and real-time analytics, you will collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing strategies and exceed revenue goals. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to represent the company confidently during client meetings and quarterly business reviews. The position is remote within the United States, with occasional travel.. Accountabilities:. . Build and maintain trusted strategic advisor relationships with a portfolio of 20-40 client accounts.. . Lead partner planning processes to develop opportunity pipelines, set financial goals, and establish milestones for successful joint partnerships.. . Manage and grow client revenue by reactivating dormant accounts and expanding existing business.. . Accurately forecast and track client revenue and growth on a weekly basis.. . Use real-time data to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations and insights.. . Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement effective marketing strategies.. . Deliver compelling presentations during virtual and in-person client meetings and quarterly business reviews.. . . 2 to 3 years of experience as a Client Partner, Customer Success Manager, Partnership Manager, or Campaign Manager.. . Experience working with data aggregators, digital/social advertising, or direct mail.. . Proven forecasting and analytical problem-solving skills.. . Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.. . Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.. .
