Virtual Assistant at Freelance Latin America. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide direct assistance to the CEO. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative processes efficiently. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling both routine and project-based tasks.. Key Responsibilities:. . Organize and manage emails, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow-ups.. . Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO.. . Conduct research and present data related to assigned projects.. . Handle office supply inventory management, including ordering materials and identifying cost-effective supplier options.. . Maintain and update company-wide contact lists and databases.. . Support scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings if needed.. . Prepare simple reports, presentations, or documentation as requested.. . . Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.. . Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.. . Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.. . Creativity and innovation in managing and improving workflows.. . Proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, task/event management software).. . Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while working independently.. . Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana, or similar).. .
