The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, combined with a strong understanding of the local audience.. As the Communication Associate, you will:. . Create design assets that align with our visual identity and maintain brand consistency across all channels . . Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to reflect ongoing growth and clarity . . Design marketing materials including social media creatives, digital ads, banners, emails, and presentations . . Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to ensure visuals support campaign objectives . . Provide lightweight visual support to product design teams, including illustrations and layout assets . . Design materials for internal communications, events, and branded merchandise when required . . Interpret briefs from multiple stakeholders and manage time effectively across concurrent projects . . Work closely with fellow designers, content creators, and growth leads to deliver high-quality creative work on time. . . 1-3 years of experience in a graphic or visual design role . . Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) . . Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and print . . Ability to manage feedback and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment . . Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling . .
