We are currently looking for a Disability Operations Supervisor in the United States.. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing disability claims team, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and outstanding service delivery. The Disability Operations Supervisor will manage day-to-day workflows, provide coaching and mentorship, and drive continuous improvement across processes and performance metrics. This position requires strong leadership, analytical capabilities, and the ability to balance team development with client satisfaction. Supervise daily operations of the disability claims team, including case assignments, workflow management, and performance oversight.. . Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals, while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.. . Ensure high-quality service delivery, timely client communications, and overall client satisfaction.. . Monitor and assess team performance against KPIs and operational metrics, implementing action plans for improvement.. . Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.. . Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with company policy and regulatory standards.. . Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.. . . Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered.. . Prior experience in disability claims processing, group insurance, or healthcare/insurance operations preferred.. .
