Conduct 80-100+ outbound calls/emails per day to identify and qualify potential B2B prospects . . Engage leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns . . Use CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to track and manage pipeline activities . . Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with decision-makers . . Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise outreach sequences and lead quality . . 2-3+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment . . Outbound sales experience . . Experience using CRMs and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, etc.) . . Excellent spoken and written English; confident on cold calls . . Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay accountable . . Familiarity with . outbound sales frameworks. (e.g., SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC is a plus). . Ability to qualify leads and book meetings effectively for Account Executives. . Ideal industry exposure in Tech, SaaS, Marketing, MarTech, FinTech. . Company Location: Tanzania, United Republic of.
