Assist users with inquiries related to food orders, delivery issues, and app navigation. . Document customer interactions accurately in our support system. . Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery teams to resolve customer issues. . Educate customers on available services, promotions, and app features. . Collect and relay feedback to improve service quality. . Participate in training to enhance knowledge of our services and the local food landscape. . Fluency in Czech and English, both written and verbal, is required. . Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. . Experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A customer-first attitude and enthusiasm for helping others. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Familiarity with customer support tools and technology.
