Staff Product Designer (Remote - US) at Jobgether. This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Product Designer in the United States.. As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead the visual and experience design across digital health products, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and care teams. You will tackle complex design challenges, identify opportunities to improve user experiences, and advocate for users at every stage of the design process. This role combines hands-on design, strategic thinking, and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring other designers. You will influence both product direction and organizational design practices while delivering elegant, user-centered solutions. Lead the visual and experience design expression across product experiences, supporting other designers in design decisions.. . Identify gaps and opportunities in member and care team experiences and advocate for impactful problems to solve.. . Drive the design process from ideation through validation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.. . Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, clinical partners, and user insights teams to align on design goals.. . Translate user needs, data insights, business objectives, and clinical guidance into thoughtful, elegant designs.. . Identify opportunities to improve organizational design processes and systems.. . Lead and mentor other designers, with potential for people management responsibilities.. . . 8+ years of professional experience transforming complex problems into engaging design solutions.. . At least 5 years of experience working within an in-house product team, owning the evolution of existing products.. . Strong conceptual thinking that balances user needs, business goals, and clinical insights.. . Exceptional experience design skills and familiarity with design systems.. . Extensive experience managing the design process from concept to launch, including leading complex projects independently.. . Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management, collaboration, and articulating design decisions.. . Experience leading small teams and mentoring designers.. . Bonus: prior experience managing designers, designing healthcare or behavior change products, or collaborating with data scientists/analysts.. . Company Location: United States.
