Manage customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, bookings, and airline services via phone, email, and live chat in Italian.. . Provide accurate information about fares, policies, and travel regulations.. . Assist customers with ticket changes, cancellations, and special requests.. . Resolve issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Document and maintain records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with airline staff and other departments to ensure seamless service.. . Stay updated on industry trends and airline policies to provide informed assistance.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.. . Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the aviation sector, is preferred.. .
