Lead the logistics and coordination of opening roles, ensuring timely ATS setup and salary compliance.. Administer annual scorecard process with proactive tracking and manager support.. Build dashboards and design automations to reduce manual work and improve reporting accuracy.. Coordinate logistics for talent development programs and ensure all materials meet Riverside brand standards.. Play a key role in shaping Riverside’s talent technology strategy by exploring and implementing emerging tools, including Generative AI solutions, to drive efficiency and innovation across talent operations.. Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement scalable solutions.. Must-Have Qualifications. Strong knowledge of ATS, Performance & Compensation Tools.. Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI tools, with demonstrated ability or interest in leveraging them to improve talent processes and efficiency..
