Our Storyline Developers are creative and collaborative people who excel at developing branded Storyline templates and quizzes based on detailed creative direction and collaboration with our e-Learning team. .  . As a Storyline Developer you will:.  . . Develop e-Learning courses in Articulate Storyline 360 using content from existing storyboards and/or materials. . . Assist with cross-functional collaboration projects as needed within our consulting and health and safety teams. . . Migrate our existing non-animated training course content to new templates. . . Upload and test course content on our platform to ensure modules and learning experiences are functioning and captured properly. . . Keep current with training and learning industry trends, best practices, and emerging innovations in the space.. . Collaborate with the e-Learning team to continue to innovate our e-Learning solutions, ensuring Citation Canada remains a leading provider of training within the market.. . About You.  . You are an individual who: .  . . Has demonstrated experience with using Articulate Storyline for building E-learning courses coupled with a strong technical aptitude for a variety of technologies and software.. . Has experience publishing online training programs working cross functionally with additional departments and teams in the creation of training collateral.. . Is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker who has an eagerness to learn and experiment!. . Can self-manage and is comfortable taking initiative to drive positive change.. . Proven ability working with tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. . . Strong planning, organization, and execution skills. . . Has a university degree or a college diploma in human resources, business, the humanities, or a related area of study. A comparable combination of education and experience will be considered.. .  . It’s a bonus if you:.  . . Have visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and experience with storyboarding. . . Are fluent in English and French!. .  .
