We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and reliable to help with our backend finance ops. You’ll work directly with the founder and our accountant to keep everything running smooth across platforms, payments, and compliance (Portugal-based).. Key Responsibilities:. . As part of our operations team, you’ll support the day-to-day financial and administrative workflows. Your responsibilities will include:. . Download and organize platform invoices (e.g., Meta, Google, etc.) and upload them to Wise for processing. . Collect contractor invoices and forward them to our external accounting team. . Prepare and send client invoices in a timely and professional manner. . Assist with payments, ensuring they are tracked and processed correctly. . Calculate and distribute staff commissions based on performance metrics. . Maintain and update financial trackers, including our monthly profit calculator and overall finance dashboard (Google Sheets). . Required Skills and Qualifications:. . Experience as a Finance & Operations Assistant . . Prior experience with Slack, Stripe, Wise, Google Sheets, Xero. . ⁠Strong English, clear communicator. . ⁠Bonus: Familiar with Portuguese invoicing (e.g. InvoiceXpress, e-Fatura). . ⁠Bonus: Has worked with accountants or small business founders before . . ⁠Fast, consistent, detail-obsessed. .
