Serving as a liaison across solution areas during design, build, testing, and training phases.. . Aligning clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders to support cross-functional decision-making.. . Evaluating workflow and configuration changes and assessing their enterprise-wide impact.. . Applying project and program management methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.. . Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating technical risks related to integration capabilities and platforms.. . Providing oversight and strategic recommendations to program leadership.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 10+ years of professional experience in IT, healthcare IT, or systems integration.. . Proven expertise managing IT-related projects, including cost, schedule, and performance tracking.. . Strong knowledge of project lifecycle and program management methodologies.. . Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.. . Hands-on experience implementing Cerner/Oracle EHR solutions and integrating enterprise healthcare systems.. . Functional expertise in EHR workflows, solution architecture, and build tools.. . Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align clinical and technical teams effectively.. . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience (8+ years).. .
