Respond to inquiries from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding energy and utility services.. . Provide information on billing, account management, and service inquiries.. . Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolve complaints efficiently.. . Document interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems.. . Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.. . Stay informed on relevant industry regulations and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.. . Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.. . . Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.. .
