What You’ll Be Working On. (1) . Own the Outbound Sales Motion. . Step in as the first Account Executive on the team, taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales process. . . Shape, design, and refine the sales playbook from scratch. . . Partner with SDRs to prospect, qualify, and convert leads into high-value opportunities. . . Build and execute a winning sales strategy to consistently achieve (and exceed) revenue targets. . . Develop strong, lasting client relationships that foster trust and long-term partnerships. . . (2) . Influence Product and Strategic Decisions. . Operate with a “founder mindset” — your insights and ideas will have a direct impact on the company’s trajectory. . . Capture customer and market feedback to inform the product roadmap. . . Contribute to marketing initiatives by sharing frontline insights for collateral, messaging, and campaigns. . .
