Design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and performant distributed systems.. Build and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring clean, maintainable, and efficient code.. Define and uphold engineering standards and processes to ensure high-quality development.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.. Expertise in server-side web technologies such as Python, Java, Scala, C#, C++, Go (Python preferred).. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).. Experience designing and developing APIs, as well as building CI/CD pipelines.. Proven ability to mentor and guide engineers, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing..
