Senior Recruiter / Talent Partner . to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery and play a key role in scaling our core offering. We are looking for someone who excels at headhunting, running structured recruitment processes, and consistently delivering exceptional hires. . Responsibilities. Proactive Headhunting & Sourcing:. Identify and engage top talent across sales, marketing, finance/accounting, tech, and professional services roles. . Full Recruitment Lifecycle Ownership:. From role briefing to sourcing, screening, interviews, shortlisting, offers, and placements. . High-Quality Delivery:. Produce detailed candidate summaries and shortlists for international clients. . Pipeline Development:. Build long-term talent pipelines for commercial, technical, and marketing roles. . Collaboration & Strategy:. Work closely with operations and leadership to ensure successful onboarding, placement outcomes, and overall talent strategy. . Process Improvement:. Continuously optimize recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience, bringing your expertise and fresh ideas to the team. . Business Contribution:. Leverage your background in finance, tech, or other relevant sectors to provide insight and value beyond recruiting.. Experience:. 3+ years in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition, preferably in commercial, tech, or finance sectors. . Proven Track Record:. Consistent delivery of senior-level placements across sales, marketing, finance, and/or technology roles. . Strategic Mindset:. Ability to advise leadership, contribute ideas, and challenge processes where needed. . Organised & Process-Driven:. Able to manage multiple live roles with accountability and attention to detail. . Tech-Savvy:. Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, sourcing tools, and CRM platforms. . Strong Communicator:. Professional, clear, and persuasive, with excellent stakeholder management skills. . A True A Team Player:. Takes ownership, pride in outcomes, and elevates the team’s performance. .
