Construction Project Manager at Scale Virtually. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Construction  Operations Assistant / Project Manager to oversee comprehensive operational  activities to our general contracting project in the company. This role requires  prior knowledge of general contracting processes and be adept at managing  data, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth project flow in a fast-paced  environment.. Responsibilities:. Project Coordination:. Assist in managing  construction project timelines, track milestones, and  coordinate with team members to ensure project  deliverables are met.. Data and System Management via JobTread:  Directly manage and maintain all critical project  data, including budgets, schedules, RFI/Submittal  logs, and change orders, within the JobTread  construction management platform.. Assist with Field Coordination: Act as the primary  virtual liaison between the Project Manager, site  superintendents, and Field Crews.. Communication: Serve as the point of contact  between executives and internal/external  stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication  across all levels.. Operational Administrative Support: Provide  comprehensive Administrative Support focused on  operational needs, such as generating and  formatting progress reports, maintaining equipment  logs, and assisting with safety documentation  requirements. . General Operational Support: Respond to  operational inquiries and assist the PM team with  daily tasks that keep the construction pipeline  moving efficiently.. Calendar Management: Assist in developing and  updating the master project schedule. Coordinate  the delivery logistics for all required materials and  equipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery  to job sites.. Vendor, Supplier & Logistics Management: Initiate,  manage, and track all communication with project  Vendors and Suppliers regarding material  specifications, lead times, order placement, and  delivery schedules.. Permit Monitoring & Compliance: Preparing,  submitting, tracking, and actively expediting all  necessary project permits with local authorities, as  well as managing and archiving compliance  documents and coordinating revisions. Knowledge or skills needed:. Prior experience as a Construction Project Manager is  required. . Excellent written and verbal inter-personal . communication skills. . Strong organizational, supervisory, and multitasking  abilities. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google  Workspace, or similar tools. . Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP  (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) blueprints and  specifications to ensure the project is built exactly to  design and resolve field discrepancies. . Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. . Familiarity with the construction industry, project  timelines, and key stakeholders is preferred. . Experience in coordinating and tracking project  workflows.. Tools Needed:. Bluebeam or similar software . JobTread. Company Location: Philippines.
