Technical Delivery Lead at OZ Digital LLC. At OZ, we are currently looking for a Technical Delivery Lead. to drive end‑to‑end delivery across business, technical, and integration workstreams. This role focuses on aligning business requirements with scalable, secure architectures while leading cross‑functional teams to successfully deliver complex, enterprise‑grade solutions on Azure.. Responsibilities:. · Lead end-to-end project delivery across business, technical, and integration workstreams . · Ensure alignment between business goals, technical architecture, and delivery timelines . · Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into structured functional and technical documentation . · Define and maintain business processes, workflows, and decision logic for enterprise systems . · Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and successful delivery of requirements . · Design and oversee API-based integration solutions and ensure consistency in data exchange formats (e.g., JSON structures) . · Support the design of enterprise integration flows and system interoperability across platforms . · Oversee solution architecture design with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability . · Ensure secure system design practices including data protection, secure communication, and integrity validation mechanisms . · Work closely with development teams to ensure proper implementation of integration workflows and system design. · Contribute to AI-driven and conversational system design, including workflow structuring and automation logic . · Leverage Microsoft Azure services where applicable for integration, orchestration, AI capabilities, and data management . · Act as the primary liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution . · Define and enforce unit testing, integration testing, and UAT strategies across all workstreams . · Ensure scalability considerations are incorporated at architecture and design phases, including load handling and performance benchmarks. · 7+ years of overall experience in software delivery, enterprise integration, or digital transformation initiatives. . · Strong exposure to full SDLC including requirement analysis, architecture design, development oversight, and deployment . · Experience with microservices, API-first design, and event-driven architecture patterns . · Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing Agile ceremonies and delivery governance . · Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management . · Proficiency in English and Spanish for stakeholder communication and documentation . Technical Proficiency:. Must have experience with Twilio (BSP), Azure Logic Apps (Orchestration Middleware), Azure Functions, Azure API Manager, Azure SQL Ledger & Blob Storage WORM (Digital Notary), Azure AI Speech, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK (Conversational AI) . Certifications: . Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert . Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate. . Methodologies: . Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. .
